Cannabis-Infused Chimichurri Sauce
Chimichurri is an uncooked sauce used both in cooking and as a table condiment for grilled meat. So, why not make cannabis-infused chimichurri sauce for a number of flexible cannabis edibles? And the best part is this recipe only takes 5 minutes!
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 bunch fresh parsley
4 tbsp fresh oregano
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1-2 tsp Miss Envy THC infused olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tsp raw honey
2 tsp lime juice
Pinch of sea salt
Black pepper to taste

- Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until everything is finely chopped.
- Serve on grilled meat, tacos, salads os whatever you’d like!
