Cannabis Peanut Butter Noodles

Peanut butter noodles are tasty and easy to make, and who doesn’t already have pasta noodles and peanut butter in their cupboard? Make these cannabis peanut butter noodles with Miss Envy’s THC infused olive oil.

INGREDIENTS

for 6 servings

1 pound spaghetti
2 red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 cucumber, halved lengthwise, seeded and thinly sliced crosswise
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2/3 cups peanut butter (or your favourite type of but butter)
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/3 cup water
fresh cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Bring a large pot of generously salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook, stirring occasionally.
  2. Drain the pasta and transfer it into a larger bowl.
  3. Add the bell peppers, cucumber, peanuts, and green onions and toss to mix.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil and water until evenly incorporated into a sauce.
  5. Add the sauce to the pasta and toss to coat the noodles and vegetables evenly.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.
