Smoothie Recipes

As the sun starts to shine in Vancouver, we are starting to come out of hibernation and think about spring. For many of us, this means recommitting to eating healthy. It’s time to kick out those winter hibernation treats and replace them with healthier options. How about smoothies? Cannabis smoothies are perfect for spring. They’re easy on the go breakfast, a healthy snack or add some protein for a boost after the gym.

If you’re recommitting to your goals as we move into spring considering checking out our post Set Better Goals and Increase Chances of Success.

Cannabis Smoothies for Spring

Smoothies can be as simple or creative as you’d like them to be and are easily adaptable to your taste and diet. Here we are going to share our favourite cannabis smoothie recipes, all of these recipes are vegan but you may use any time of milk product you wish. But first, let’s talk about dosing.

Miss Envy make cannabis edible dosing as easy as possible with our cannabis-infused coconut oils. They come in both THC and CBD and you can even mix them together.

We always suggest starting with a low dose and working you way up slowly until you find the best dose for you. Our THC coconut oil is 16mg THC per 1 teaspoon and our CBD coconut oil is 10mg CBD per teaspoon. For many, it makes sense to start with 1/2-1 teaspoon THC or 1 teaspoon CBD.

Check out our edibles dosage guide for further reference on dosing with our edible products.

To make any of the recipes for after the gym or as a middle of the day boost add a scoop of your favourite protein powder before blending.
