INGREDIENTS

Servings 12

8oz dried blueberries
½-1 Tbsp of lemon
1 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut and a little extra to roll them in (optional)
Lemon zest to roll in (optional)
¼ cup slivered almonds
1 Tbsp Miss Envy coconut oil (approx 30mg)
¼ cup flax seed
2 tsp honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix Miss Envy’s cannabis coconut oil with the honey. I chose to mix the CBD and THC coconut oil (½ Tbsp THC, ½ Tbsp CBD)
  2. In a food processor or blender combine all of the ingredients and blend to create a paste
  3. The paste should be able to be rolled into approximately tablespoons sized balls. If it is not forming a thick enough paste to be rolled add a little more honey.
  4. Roll into balls and store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to a week (or freeze and save)

Note: the dosage of Cannabis infused coconut oil is approximate and not 100% accurate and if you so choose to use the THC variety please use responsibly.
